Millionaire Brownies

Mother and I noticed something similar on the T.V. display that presented a bakery which makes them. Both of us decided that I'd need to post the formula, because they appeared so amazing! (This article may consist of Amazon affiliate hyperlinks for your comfort, at NO additional expense for you.)

Despite the fact that I couldn't look for a recipe on the net, the description has been plenty of to recreate something fairly spectacular! Rather than a coating of shortbread, mother cooked up a batch of fudgy brownies from the recipe on Ruler Arthur's website.

The brownies are usually topped having a layer of comfortable caramel, a coating of ganache, plus some chopped pecans. I love to use a right sided baking skillet such as this one from Amazon.  (Affiliate hyperlink)

The initial millionaire brownies possess chopped hazelnuts in it, which I'm certain is tasty, but I favor pecans.


  • 4 large eggs
  • 3 3/4 ounces Dutch cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon cooking powder
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 8 ounces 2 sticks unsalted butter
  • 15 3/4 ounces sugar
  • 6 1/4 ounces Unbleached All-Purpose Flour
  • 12 ounces chocolates chips
  • 1 lb caramel squares
  • 1 Tablespoon heavy lotion for caramel layer
  • 2 cups chopped nut products pecans, walnuts or hazelnuts


  1. Preheat the stove to 350'F. Gently grease a 9" x 13" pan
  2. Line skillet with parchment papers, for easy elimination.
  3. Crack eggs right into a bowl, include cocoa, salt, cooking natural powder, and vanilla, and defeat until smooth.
