Honey Maple Roasted Carrots


  • 2 lbs carrots peeled and sliced up on an extended angle into items approximately 3 ins long
  • 2 tablespoon extra-virgin essential olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon real maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoon honey
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons floor coriander
  • 1 teaspoon ocean salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon newly ground dark pepper
  • 1 tablespoons sesame seeds
  • 1 tablespoon new thyme leaves
  • 1 tablespoon thinly sliced up fresh chives
  • 1/2 mug pomegranate arils or seeds


  1. Preheat stove to 450'F. Gently essential oil a sheet skillet.
  2. Location carrots on ready skillet and drizzle with essential olive oil, maple syrup and honey. Sprinkle with coriander, ocean sodium and pepper. Toss to coating (I love to use my fingers for this to obtain them well covered, but a spatula will continue to work too). Pass on carrots from pan in one layer.
  3. Roast for ten minutes, then mix to redistribute. Go back to stove and roast for another 15-20 moments, stirring every five minutes. Carrots are completed when they are usually tender plus some of the sides are caramelized.
  4. Sprinkle sesame seed products and natural herbs over carrots and mix. Taste and time of year with a little more sea sodium and pepper, if required.Transfer to some serving dish and scatter using the pomegranate arils. Function hot.
