After producing about ten bazillion batches of the healthful pumpkin muffins, I had been ready to attempt something just a little different. Still on a single monitor healthy and pumpkin and everything. But more nicely cookies.

Those muffins had been pretty much the thing I could obtain my little man to consume for weekly directly while he has been sick when I'm stating ten bazillion batches, the exaggerating isn't as spectacular as you imagine. Okay, nevermind, it's course of action dramatic. But I did so make a large amount of batches!

So what are you currently getting with one of these biscuits? Intense pumpkin taste having a hint of cinnamon, a chewy cake-like consistency, creamy melted chocolates, and most importantly a healthy deal with that seems indulgent, but isn't! Nicely, maybe the quantity of chocolate loaded in these is really a little indulgent, but moderation in every things right?! ??

I started these biscuits trying to make sure they are with some peanut butter, but didn't adore the mixture it sort of overtook the pumpkin. Therefore peanut butter haters, rejoice these haven't any nut butters inside them! Yet, they still keep together very well they aren't crumbly whatsoever!


  • 1/2 mug canned pumpkin not really pumpkin pie filling
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons brownish sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 teaspoon cooking soda

Pinch of salt

  • 1 mug oat flour oats which have been blended
  • 1/2 cup chocolates chips or dairy chocolates, semi-sweet, or nuts
  • 1/4 cup chocolates chunks optional


  1. In a dish, beat collectively the pumpkin, honey, egg, and vanilla draw out. Beat within the brown sugar.
  2. In another dish, stir collectively the cinnamon, pumpkin pie spice, cooking soda, sodium, and oat flour.
