Egg Roll in a Bowl

This Healthy Egg Move in a Dish has all the great taste of Egg Rolls, but it is a sure to make sure you Easy One Skillet Meal minus the carbs and grains of common egg move wrappers.

I came across the inspiration because of this recipe in regards to a 12 months ago.  Someone experienced shared a formula for Egg Move in a Dish inside a Facebook team and I has been super intrigued.  Just what a concept! I'd usually adored egg rolls but hadn't experienced one in quite a while because of our heading gluten-free and also leaning grain-free.

Egg Move in a Dish - low carbohydrate, gluten free of charge, AIP option

This Healthy Egg Move in a Dish has all the great taste of Egg Rolls, but it's a straightforward One Pan Food minus the grain wrapper!


  • 1 1/2 lbs natural ground beef
  • 2 med onions (finely cut / minced)
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp natural unrefined sesame essential oil (use another essential oil for AIP)
  • 1 1/2 tsp natural ginger (powdered)
  • 1/2 tsp natural dark pepper (omit for AIP)
  • 1 tsp organic garlic clove granules (or 4 cloves garlic, minced)
  • 1/2 tsp sodium (or even to taste)
  • 1/16 tsp stevia draw out (optional - substituting with another sweetener will continue to work aswell)
  • 1/2 Tbsp natural crushed reddish pepper (optional. Omit for AIP)
  • 2 Tbsp organic whitened wines (omit or replace even more broth for AIP)
  • 1/3 cup natural meat broth (observe vegan choice above)
  • 9 mugs shredded cabbage (observe notes)
  • 1 1/2 mugs shredded carrot
  • 4 tsp natural tamari (or even to taste - observe substitute options over)
  • Natural onion for garnish (optional)


  1. Place meats in large skillet and prepare until browned.
  2. On medium high temperature, include the onions and sesame essential oil. Cook until gently browned.
  3. Reduce warmth to medium.
  4. Include spices, sweetener, reddish pepper, wines, and broth towards the pan and mix well.
  5. Include the cabbage and mix to coat.
  6. Cook, stirring regularly before cabbage somewhat wilts.
  7. Include carrots and prepare for 2-3 moments until soft.
  8. Include tamari to flavor and change flavorings as preferred.
  9. Serve plain or higher rice or cauliflower rice.
  10. Garnish with natural onions if preferred.
