3 Ingredient Healthy Chocolate Cookies

The base of the cookies is simple, simply bananas and oats. Customize to your preference after that.

But, last week I got eventually to thinking. I get this to really good chocolates banana smoothie for my child (freezing bananas, cacao natural powder, greek yogurt, flax-meal and almond dairy), also it hit me. Imagine if I include cacao powder in to the banana biscuits and make sure they are SUPER chocolatey! How may i possibly fail?

Well, they proved amazing! I'd definitely recommend including in some other mix-ins of one's choice (like chocolates chips or nut products for added taste and consistency), but actually simply these 3 components alone are remarkably delish. They certainly hit the location when I'm craving something nice!

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 really ripe large bananas
  • 1 cup of fast oats (search for gluten-free oats when you have an allergy some oats are usually contaminated with little traces of whole wheat)
  • 2 little tbsp of unsweetened cacao
  • Optional mix-ins of one's choice (chocolates chips, raw cacao nibs, chopped nut products, raisins, coconut flakes, flax seed, vanilla, diced raspberries, dried out cranberries, etc.

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Preheat your stove to 350 levels and collection a cooking sheet with non-stick foil or parchment papers.
  2. Mash 2 ripe bananas inside a bowl, and mix in around 2 tbsp of unsweetened cacao natural powder and 1 mug of fast oats until a cookiedough-like batter will be formed (the quantity of oats you will need depends on how big is your bananas, therefore focus on 3/4 of the cup and include more as required). The combination will seem dried out initially, but following a short while of mixing having a spoon it'll become a nice consistency.
